Print Production & Customer Service Associate — Full-Time & Part-Time

We’re growing our team and looking for full-time and part-time team members with printing experience who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

We are much more than a shipping store. Printing is a major part of our business, from everyday business printing to signs, banners, posters, marketing materials and custom projects. We’re looking for someone who can bring print experience to our team while delivering the exceptional customer service our community has come to expect from us.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with print projects from concept through completion
• Set up, print and finish customer orders
• Work with digital printing and large-format projects
• Review customer files and identify potential production issues
• Provide quotes and help customers select the right print products
• Handle packing, shipping, Amazon returns and other store services
• Manage multiple customer requests and projects simultaneously
• Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Keep work areas organized and production moving

What We're Looking For

• Previous printing or print-production experience strongly preferred
• Experience with digital printing, wide-format printing, finishing or graphic design is a plus
• Strong computer skills; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new equipment and technology
• Able to prioritize multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, dependable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Availability

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Our store is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Candidates should have flexibility to work a combination of mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Part-time candidates should be available for approximately 20+ hours per week.
