The Full-Time Retail Associate provides exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of The UPS Store. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while assisting with shipping, printing, packaging, and other business services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, and retail purchases
  • Operate POS system and accurately process transactions
  • Support printing services including copies, business printing, wide-format printing, and finishing
  • Prepare packages according to UPS and carrier guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Follow store procedures and service standards
  • Promote store services and identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Retail or print experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

  • Full-time position (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
  • Some Saturdays required
