Full Time Retail employee
The Full-Time Retail Associate provides exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of The UPS Store. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while assisting with shipping, printing, packaging, and other business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, mailbox services, and retail purchases
- Operate POS system and accurately process transactions
- Support printing services including copies, business printing, wide-format printing, and finishing
- Prepare packages according to UPS and carrier guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow store procedures and service standards
- Promote store services and identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Retail or print experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
- Full-time position (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
- Some Saturdays required
