Job description

No lesson planning, grading or parent meeting...Looking for 2-3 hr. commitment of 2 - 6 days after school (Flexible hours).

Requirements:
Hold a associate or bachelor's or master degree.
Able to teach Math/Language Arts

Skills and Qualities necessary:

Enjoy working with kids of all ages.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Teach using Sylvan based programs.
Direct and motivate students during instruction.
Reward students for successful work
Evaluate and document student progress
Communicate student needs to our Educational Team
Develop rapport with students and establish a fun, engaging learning environment
Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and Sylvan.
