Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to ensure efficient office operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our membership initiatives and the day-to-day function of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized office environment during set business hours
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, tracking past dues, manage financial interactions with members
• Serve as contact for member inquiries, providing timely and effective support
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions, communications and activities
• Enhance office coordination and improve overall efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with new and seasoned members through personal interactions
Qualifications
• Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Mail Chimp, Google drive
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and membership
• Willingness to learn new skills & technologies as needed
