Leadership Workshop - Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership is a revolution taking traditional power leadership and essentially turning it upside down. Participants will interactively learn the serve first mindset, putting those in your organization ahead of you.  They will learn and apply best practices from the time a new employee is on-boarded, through talent development and ultimately to promotion to the next generation of servant leaders.  Participants will learn the art of properly questioning and listening, and applying humility, encouragement and a trust building environment.
