What does it really mean to be well—and how do we build ourselves up before life asks us to be strong? For more than 17 years, Natalie Tuman has worked in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, encouraging women to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. But everything she thought she knew about wellness took on a much deeper meaning when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the peak of her own health journey.
Her experience taught her that wellness isn't simply about what we eat, how much we exercise, or how we look. True wellness is about caring for the whole woman—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and building a foundation of strength before life asks us to be strong.
Natalie will share her personal journey and the lessons it taught her about health, resilience, perspective, and the importance of preparing ourselves for the unexpected.
