CANCELED - Prosper Christmas Parade and Festival

"Out of an abundance of caution, the Town’s Emergency Management Team has cancelled the 2016 Prosper Christmas Festival. The Rotary/Lions Clubs Christmas Parade has been cancelled, as well. The potential for severe weather is great and safety is the prime concern. We thank all the sponsors, vendors, volunteers and residents who have diligently worked throughout the year to plan the festival. We sincerely appreciate your efforts and look forward to planning for next year!"

SALUTING THOSE WHO SERVE -- Plan to join us on Dec. 3 in the downtown area for the annual Prosper Christmas Festival! This year, we are "saluting those who serve" so come out and help us show how much we appreciate those special people, military, first responders, police, fire, and volunteers! Parade starts at 2:30 p.m. and the festival runs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., ending with the tree lighting and fireworks. Don't miss it!
