DESCRIPTION:The Town of Prosper would like to invite you to our Prosper Community Health & Wellness Fair 2017. This year we are providing the health fair for the entire Prosper community. \n\n\n\nOur theme this year is "Kick off to Good Health!"  Please feel free to dress to the theme with sports attire.  Activities will be held indoors.\n\n \n\nWe anticipate 400   500 participants which include students\, parents\, employees\, general public and their families.  Our goal is to promote fun and healthier lifestyles through education\, participation\, and activities by offering health assessments\, health screenings\, interactive games\, and information. \n\n \n\nPlease confirm your support by completing the registration form (click here) and returning it by Tuesday\, November 29 via e mail:  Baby_Raley@prospertx.gov or fax:  972.569.1005 for inclusion.  We also request participating vendors to provide a prize for our hourly prize drawing as well as promotional information and items/materials for attendees to pick up at your table.
